Awful company instructed me not to return to the company after my Nan passing away because I had taken the day off in my first few weeks. Simply disgusting.

Would avoid this company at any cost if you are a start up tile company they will try to charge you more for products then the going rate, they would also send me damaged goods and had no intention of refunding or replacing the products in question

recently bought the grout rake - GR518.No chance to use it as the screws securing the blades had the Philips head stripped at the factory. Not obvious until you try to undo them.Can't return them as it isn't obvious I didn't do it.If you can't see the screwheads offer to buy if the storeman can undo them. Otherwise do not buy from this company.I want to give no stars but Google won't let me post until I give at least one.
