Terrible, don't take the pret sub and are very rude if you ask. I'm not sure how this is even allowed, it's not a service station. Avoid this pret.

While I like pret coffee, the prices in here are way more expensive than branches in town, so I will be supporting local independent shops instead

Friendly, helpful, and fantastic customer service. I was late to pick up a magic bag (Too Good To Go), but the lovely people let me have it anyway, even though the app had closed the order. Great selection of food in the magic bag as well! Will definitely use again.

They don’t take subscription. No Pret customer who buy the company subscription service can go there? So rubbish and cheeky, it really shouldnt be allowed.

This is a nice location - very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi is also good and there are plug sockets for it you go there to work.It would have been 5*, BUT - as this is an MFG location, you can NOT use the Pret subscription to get your drinks.

They don’t take subscription so no pret customer can go there any loyal pret customers who buy the company subscription service? Can’t use Pret in Gloucester Road because they don’t take the subscription

Literally the only reason I would use this Pret is if they accepted the coffee subscription. I see from other reviews that they don't.Prob for the best, there's plenty of good independents around that could use my money instead.

Ordered a peach cooler and they made it better than other prets do, also their customer service is so warm and friendly. Its a really clean place I’ve been coming here for a while and no matter what time i go or how busy they are, its always really tidy and clean.

Ordered a matcha latte from here and was projectile vomiting within an hour, I think they have become so concerned over allergies that they may have forgotten basic food hygiene practices. Of note: I didn’t order food here and hadn’t eaten elsewhere that day.Also no Wi-Fi and music too loud to study or work comfortably. Won’t be visiting again
