I have taken 2 bags of high quality clothes at different times to BHF and check a few times if they are on display which they were not. In future I shall be taking any more clothes donations to Barnados in Stretford instead. Since BHF move staff are unfriendly.

Rude staff, very bad attitude, decent things in there but staff are very rude and ignorant, a thank you wouldn’t go a miss! Visited there Saturday 3rd June at around 2.15pm. Please train your staff to be more polite

It's mostly women's clothing.

Has gone downhill since moving store. I saw a very basic PLT vest top for £10 yesterday. Most people know that PLT is a dreadful company so charging over the odds for their stuff especially when it’s second hand is ridiculous. Everything is overpriced and it’s actually become quite hard to find something that would reflect a charity shop price. Seems to sell more tat than it used to so I’m not sure if they’re just trying to get rid of it until they put better stock out. Staff can be quite rude and miserable, I’ve heard the lady who runs the place be quite blunt and passive aggressive with customers, granted you’re busy but you work in retail where customers ask questions. I’ve found myself having more luck in the independent shops over the way and the half price outlet where the staff are just wonderful so maybe try there instead and just make a private donation to bhf until this one improves. People don’t care about how pretty you make the store look they just want to be able to find affordable items during the current climate.
