I recently had some problems with my kitchen doors. They were out of warranty and Howdens were under no obligation to do anything about it. Their manager Steve Hayes came out to see me, took photos and said he would do what he could.He kept in touch with me and the quality control department duly agreed to replace them. Howdens even offered to deliver the replacements. Outstanding customer service in my book.

Ikea kitchen quality at double the price. Not pleased with the quality of the kitchen at all.Customer service was not great either. People I spoke to were not helpful and even a bit rude. They were nice up until I signed contract and paid then became very unhelpful.
