This place is a joke I paid £53 for washing and ironing and it was given to them on Monday they asked me to wait until Friday so I did Friday came it was not ready then Monday I got my clothes they still had marks on they was not ironed and the women told me yes it was but then got folded instead of put on hangers so o well and I can not have my money back and they didn't care one bit

Very happy with the service. Had 2 pairs of curtains dry cleaned and were done within 24hrs. The owner (Ruby) was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Took my coat in to get dry leaned and a few buttons sewn on. Was told it would take 3/4 days. A month later and I still haven't got mycoat back. Everytime I've been in to ask I've been told ots not in the shop at the moment and wait another day or 2.

I haven't used Red Rose for their dry cleaning, but have used their Hermes parcel drop off service several times.While Hermes is a great service when everything works, as soon as something goes wrong they're an absolute nightmare to contact.But staff at Red Rose were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue by facilitating contact with Hermes.Highly recommend Red Rose - excellent customer service. Thank you.

Took curtains to be altered and dry cleaned I was told ready wed/ Thursday 9th or 10th but went in Friday 11th but still not ready had to wait for the lady to finish them off and pay £40. Not ironed very well tbh gotta get them down to be ironed by my good wife so not a very good experience for me.
