A great experience everytime! Joanne is very friendly, she goes above and beyond to support you before, during and after treatments, she was very knowledgable about the laser hair removal treatment process so I was prepared in advance of what to expect. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and welcoming as well as very efficient with booking my next appointment in ensuring the day/time suited around my working schedule.I would highly recommend Joanne and her team at Redlite for their positive attitude and continued professionalism.

I had my laser tattoo removal done today at Redlite clinic in luton, the set up was very clean, tiday and well presented by Leonie, she was very kind and reassuring as I was a little nervous to begin with but after she explained the entire process of what the treatment entailed as well as suggested breaks if and when I needed (which I found very helpful), all in all the process was quick and very effective after just one treatment, I also had aloe vera gel applied which was very soothing!. I'm looking forward to returning in a few weeks time to continue my tattoo removal with Leonie as I would personally recommend her based on my great experience and will write another review of how it all goes.

I’ve had a few services with Redlite now and they never fail to disappoint, eyebrows with Kiran who is the best at her craft and always makes me feel comfortable and we have a good laugh. B12 injections with Nicole and Joanne are always professional and empathetic toward me because I’m scared of needles they’re so patient with me making me feel really valued. Best salon in Luton and at a great price they really know their stuff and it shows in their work.

So happy with my experience. It was my first laser session with Nicole, who was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the time I was there. She was professional and friendly. I would give her ten stars if I could. Definitely would recommend.

I got my laser treatment from this place and I think they’re far better than laser clinic. I really recommend kiran to get your treatment as she’s so professional, good and knowledgeable of what she’s doing. Just got my PRX treatment today that she suggested and my skin feels so smooth and plump already. Definitely worth

I have been coming to Redlite for a very long time now. All the staff especially Joanne, Kiran, Nicole and Zaira make you feel super comfortable. All the girls have amazing knowledge in beauty and aesthetics. I highly recommend Redliteto everyone and anyone. You definitely get what you pay for here. Would never go anywhere else for treatment.Thank you for your consistent and professional service.
