Vanessa has been my hairdresser for 19 years and stayed with her when she opened Twins Studio in 2004. Wonderful staff, excellent cut and colour every time. Very relaxed atmosphere, chat with a complimentary choice of drinks. All my family go there, husband and 27, 25 year old daughters. x

I have been coming here for years, and have never been dissapointed. All the staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome and relaxed. They take lots of care with their work and my hair always looks amazing when they have finished! Despite moving to Bristol 4 years ago, I still come back here to get my hair done, as I haven’t found anywhere that is is as friendly, professional and reasonably priced!

I’m very disappointed with my hair. I booked haircut and highlights with Vanessa. Showed photos of what I wanted and Vanessa told me we should do balayage. I ended up spending lots of money and they ruined my hair. The colours are so unprofessionally done. I could have done better job dying my hair by myself. The haircut is nothing I wanted and they promised to do. I won’t go there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had balayage done by Vanessa. It was my first time getting my hair dyed (so was a little nervous) but the end results were incredible. Vanessa was vigilant about making sure I was happy with the end result and my hair was also left in great condition after an olaplex treatment. Couldn't thank them enough! 100% recommend this salon, especially because of the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Wanted to get haircut, didn't book, just called in and asked if anyone is free, luckily I got appointment.I have pixie cut and I'm really fussy about my hair. I usually spend ages explaining what I want to hairdresser.I was a bit nervous at first but..... Vanessa understood be straight away.Omg what and Incredible service at Twins Hair Studio.Perfect haircut, washed my hair with the most amazing smelling shampoo, fast service too but really good quality.Attention to detail was incredible.Work with razor really changed the way my hair look now. So much character , perfect.Could not be more happy about my hair now.

Usually, it’s Vanessa who does my hair but recently, when she’s been busy, I’ve had Laura working her magic on me and I’ve been delighted with the results every single time.Blonde is the trickiest colour to maintain, but Vanessa and her team have never failed to make it look like million dollars, carefully advising me on the best possible ideas for my hair colour, selecting the best colours that suit me and ensuring that it’s easy to care for my hair for once I leave the salon.
