The experience was awful, due to a completely dismissive and uninterested member of staff: Kevin Beattey. Before talking to him I considered to amend an existing insurance and start one or two further ones with the company, after our conversation I cancelled everything with them. I also think that I was sold an overpriced insurance.UK

admittedly I find their attitude rather strange, my company spends nearly £10k per year on insurance with them. They are quick enough to ask for payment but not very helpful with anything else.
