I had 4 children to get school shoes. The girl measured the children outside which I questioned her to double check some. Inside we got a very inexperienced assistant which 2 of the sizes were wrong. We were well over an hour in the shop to realise someone then lifted a pair of shoes on us and then there was none left.

Called here at The Boulevard Banbridge on Fri evening past and was served by the most helpful young lady Gemma.The shoes my husband was looking were not on the shelves but she knew she had something similar in the store. She got them for us and was so so pleasant and helpful. She even found us out the code and name for us to order the original ones online. Thankyou Gemma. It's not that often you find such a lovely helpful young person these days.Highly recommended. She deserves recognition and maybe a pay rise!!!

We visited here to try and get our son a pair of shoes for school. After a quick look around a young man well maybe not so young offered his assistance. He measured my sons feet and then started to look for a suitable pair. I must say he was very friendly and very helpful as well as offering great chat. Top marks that man your help resulted in a sale and at £25 they did not break the bank. Thank you.

Very pleased today, yesterday in Belfast I was Disappointed with clothing and shoe's but today I found a fantastic looking quality pair of shoes for only £40 reduced from £70 . Happy customer.
