Excellent service from a very personable young man. Rahim was gentle and understood my reluctance to have an instrument in my ear. It was totally painless and he found nothing to worry about at all. Always a bonus! A few weeks ago he cleaned out my son’s ear, which had an enormous wax build up, and my son reported a similarly very pleasant experience. Excellent. Well done, and thank you. Highly recommend.

Easy booking system, and very helpful when needed to change appointment date.Rahim is a very pleasant gentleman, explaining what he is doing and how the hearing test is conducted.Several members of our family have been to see him and all have been impressed with their treatment.Would recommend.

Easy to find and park. Great service, I had completely blocked ears on nothing sides and the treatment was pain free and quick. I had used oil to soften one side but not tye other but both ears where able to be cleared. So nice to be able to hear properly again.

I had hoped that my hearing problems may have been improved by getting wax removal and booked a consultation. Unfortunately, as I expected, Rahim told me that there was no wax, but invited me to have a brief hearing test. I was happy to do this and felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment.The test confirmed what I already knew, so Rahim spent time showing me the hearing aids he recommended and suggested I return for a full diagnostic test when i was ready.I can recommend Rahim, who has recently won a major audiology award, if you are concerned about your hearing as he is very professional and reassuring.

Superb service. In and out within 30 minutes and had my hearing totally returned after an ear wax removal. Rahim was very professional and reassuring, and I even got to pet a lovely Labrador while chatting. 5/5 would recommend.

Rahim took good care of me and thoroughly checked my ears. I appreciated his feedback/advice as to next steps in protecting them going forward. I was impressed with the facilities: the office space and surrounding grounds are beautiful and it was a delight to meet his friendly dog too!

My whole experience from making the appointment, to attending, and getting my ears unblocked was fantastic! Rahim was very welcoming and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is suffering from hearing issues, blocked ears or any other problems they have regarding their ears. 100% will be using again.

Incredible service. I made an emergency appointment for an ear wax removal after having pain in my right ear. Rahim was gracious enough to squeeze me in last minute. Even after getting late from being stuck in traffic he still made the time to assist. He removed the wax quickly and efficiently, relieving me of the discomfort. I can't thank him enough for the great service and patience. Would recommend to all

Life changing! It’s like hearing in high definition now! So grateful to Rahim for squeezing me in when he had a cancellation. I was a bit nervous but Rahim made me feel at ease, he explained everything so well and his office has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you so much Rahim, I will 100% be recommending to all my friends and family! I particularly loved the before and after photos of inside the ear!
