Used to be a fantastic shop but they have recently put the prices up so high that its not worth going in anymore. Doesn't make much sense in one of the lowest income areas in Stoke. Read the room Mind.

Probably one of the most expensive charity shops in the area which is one of the economically less well-off areas in the country. Reflect the area you operate in because the affordable prices will bring in more customers. They're a charity and get free stock and free volunteers but price like its Marks and Spencers

This has got to be the worst charity shop in Staffordshire. Extremely expensive and the stock rotation is poor, shop itself is clean and well organised though.

They ain't no charity they are theifs stealing more money for something and when u go back and correct them they say they can't prove they sold me that item even tho I took receipt just because there worker put my item down as a category not what it actually is that's how they rip people off

Wow, just wow at their prices, £10 for a second hand t shirt?? Their prices are stupid. The point of a charity shop is to raise money. How would they raise any money at the prices they want?

I've just bought a sofa and changed my mind the next day. The staff were brilliant, especially the manager, who agreed to collect the sofa. I then saw a more suitable sofa and did a direct swopI can't fault them, they are excellent and I will be taking all my unwanted clothes etc to this store from now on.Thanks Guys.Glynis Drew

We had a good experience here, bought a solid wood wardrobe at a reasonable price, perfect condition, very pleased. Staff very helpful. Well laid out shop, clean and bright. Would buy there again.

Far too expensive for a charity shop in Longton, stock doesn’t get changed for weeks on end. Doubt you’ll find something in here, isn’t worth a visit
