Excellent experience at WJ King SEAT Bromley. My car needed a cambelt change and the team were incredibly helpful in squeezing me in ahead of a long journey and getting the job done in a day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and communicative and I would highly recommend them for a service/repair.

Friendly and patient customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting Elliot. Nothing is too much trouble. Quite knowledgeable and works hard to secure you a good deal.Nice amount and variety of cars on display for viewing. The test drive route is excellent, as it is a good replica of your everyday driving.Clean and nice looking showroom. Tea and coffee on offer.

Not a good experience from the get go. Booked me in 1 week later, no confirmation email or text. Called on the day as nobody answered any calls the day before (tried 5 times). Found out the car I wanted to test drive isn’t there. That was nice. Got there, waited some time to be seen (well after the appointment time). Got told they will send a quote and price match, no quote. Chased. No quote. Good times. Thanks.

More likely to get a phone back from my ex than these chaps. Am I getting my car today? Am I not? Always edging and teasing, might as well have XXX in their website.Lied to me saying that they did some repairs as a courtesy" when I have an extended warrant. Then drove out of the forecourt when they "fixed the issue/didn't find anything"... Same warning sign appears.If you like it rough and them to blame stuff on you

Absolutely useless.Don't buy a car here.Pointed out a brake issue nearly a year ago. Now it's been looked at again, telling me I have to pay for repair even though I have a warranty.
