Bring our car here before Christmas for rear bumper repair quote. Booked 3 Jan to check in our car and they done the work perfectly as they promised, we have our car on 6 Jan before they off. Alton did a great job, we have our car cleaned from outside and inside. Will definitely refer to our friends if anyone needs their service.

Was fully informed at all times what was happening with the car when it was in to be fixed. Customer service was outstanding. Tom one of the guys fixed a problem with the dash because I didn’t know how to. Absolutely lovely bloke, asset to have such lovely people working for a company! Had a cheeky hot chocolate whilst I waited so thanks ☺️My car was fixed and even cleaned out beautifully when it was returned. Thank you so much!!! Honestly thank you so very much!

Can't fault them! From the guy who picked up my car on the trailer, so courteous and caring. Please give him my thanks! The reception staff who, when telephoned, were polite and were able to answer all my questions thus allaying any fearsI had sent an email which was answered so speedily too.Although my car was sadly, deemed a loss, I, and it was still treated with care, and was able to go and collect my possessions that I had left in the car, the guy that took me to get them even helped me with that too!I feel confident in knowing that had it had to undergo any form of repair that too would have been done in a timely manner and with the same pride, attitude and caring ability I was given.Credit given where credit is due!

Very good company to deal with. Always a little Dubious when it’s your insurance company’s recommended repairers, but these are excellent! Pay close attention to detail followed up with great customer service! The girl on the reception ( with the tattoos ) is brilliant!

Dropped car off for repair at agreed date and time (4 months after booking). I chased progress 3 days later only to be told that they didn't have the part (bumper) and it would take another 14 - 15 days for them to arrive.No call, no communication, they just expected me to be without my perfectly drivable car for 3 weeks! They did return my car after prompting and 4 days of pointless wait.As I am still waiting for the actual repair, let's hope the rating can be improved by their workmanship???
