This is the second time I’ve used BGM, and they’ve always been most responsive, efficient and thorough, and I’ve not only been impressed with the quality of their work, but also the care shown when working in our home (eg. removal of shoes) and friendly attitude. I cannot recommend this company more strongly. Their response to our total breakdown of heating was exceptional and we were back up and warm again with a newly installed boiler in no real time at all. I doubt I would have even had an exploratory visit by my previous heating service supplier a week later.The engineers were were very polite and went about their work most efficiently.The best customer service ever for any similar provider

Our experience using BGM heating and plumbing has been excellent the service was great no mess and no fuss. We are very pleased with our decision to have a new boiler and choosing BGM .Barry fitted the boiler and flushed the system and he is obviously very good at his job which is evident from looking at his workmanship. I would be happy to recommend BGM to anyone.

I found myself in the unenviable position of having no hot water this week. It just so happened that my boiler also needed a service, so I rang BGM quite late at night and they were out the following day.Unfortunately, almost immediately upon arriving, Nick identified that the flue for the boiler was too short and would need to be replaced for a service certificate to be issued. While disappointing, I saw the necessity in making sure the boiler was safe and up to spec for the warranty to be valid.Nick then proceeded to investigate the lack of hot water. After the thermostat on the tank disintegrated when he took it off, it was eventually identified that the electronic controller was toast. Fortunately, Nick had a suitable unit on his van and was able to rewire and install the controller in fairly short order.I booked in a second visit for the flue to be addressed and once again, Nick was punctual and professional. He had the flue replaced and tested in what felt like no time at all and issued the service certificate shortly afterwards.While it's never fun to have to shell out for home repairs, I would not hesitate to recommend BGM to anybody who cared to ask. They made the whole process as simple and painless as possible and if I were to ever have heating or plumbing issues again, they would be my first port of call.

British Gas have repeatedly let me down so this year I tried BGM for my annual boiler service. Ben turned up within the booked timeframe and phoned me shortly beforehand to confirm that he was on the way. He answered all of my questions, there was no mess, and my boiler seems a little quieter now which is a good sign. I shall be using BGM again.

Very professional, their engineer called to advise what time he would be there and when arrived , made sure it was a convenient moment.The engineer had overshoes and even when challenged that he did not have to wear them, kept them on.Engineer very friendly and talked through what he was doing and advised that a Boiler seal required replacement. He had plenty of spares on his van and proceed to fit the replacement.Payment straightforward and receipt automatically received within minutes.Would recommend BGM Heating & Plumbing Ltd to anyone.Thank You

Another annual boiler service done professionally and all questions answered professionally by the crew. The crew was careful and kept the work area clean. The crew phoned before arriving and was on time. The job was done efficiently and promptly. All paperwork was sent to me quickly by email. BGM replaced my old boiler with this current one 7 years ago following their advice, and this boiler works very well.

I used BGM after a personal recommendation - and very pleased I did. Have to report that Nick and Ollie did a great job and I’m very impressed with both. Professional, friendly, helpful and clearly very capable! Swapped out 5 radiators, some with v tricky extra pipe work in a single day and left a fully functional improved system and very neat and tidy. No hesitation in recommending the team.
