Well they were all right generally. Suitably cautious and caring, always saying the right things and being helpful rather than stand off-ish or pushy. But direction on the day was notably lacking. We didn't know whether to stay, go or what to do. As a director you're meant to direct. More control needed. And follow up on ashes being available was bit confusing. Suddenly they were ready and I was meant to know, somehow? But armed with this information, we probably would use them again but hopefully not for a long, long time.
