Julie went above and beyond to make my mums birthday special for me while I was out the country. Helped me choose the perfect bouquets and reassured me. The chocolate and flower bouquet was stunning and such a good price. Quick response and would 1000% recommend. Best florist I’ve ever used

brilliant service ! I went in the shop saturday at 5pm and needed balloons for the next day. the staff were very helpful and I was able to collect the beautiful balloons Sunday morning.

Very disappointed with the arrangement. I specifically requested a winter arrangement with firs, Holly (or similar), cones etc that wouldn't have to be watered etc (the same foliage as a Christmas wreath) as it was for an elderly person who has walking difficulties. What was delivered was an arrangement with flowers (beautiful but not as requested) that needed attention. It the n fell apart as someone tried to water. I wanted to use a small business but will not go again.
