Heartfelt Home Help

My father had a stroke over 3.5 years ago. I was recommended Heartfelt Home Help by a friend as I was desperate to get help for my father. His home needed a thorough clean and, post stroke, he now needed regular help with a weekly clean as he was no longer able to do so. Claire was absolutely faultless and incredibly supportive. I could not have survived the past 3.5 years without her. I live 4 hours away and since she started, the relief in knowing he had someone - who is genuinely caring - looking out for him has been tremendous. She started with a thorough clean to get the place in a better state before my dad left the rehabilitation facility and then continued to attend every week along with Louise and/or Sharon. All ladies were great and enjoy a laugh and joke with my dad which he always enjoyed. Claire would also text me afterwards with living so far for reassurance and was totally trustworthy. My dad was hesitant to begin with because he had been totally self sufficient for 86 years! However, after a few weeks, he was in the groove, happy and grateful for the help. Heartfelt Home Help provided other services like shopping but we did not need this as I arranged online shops but if my dad ran out of something, say bin liners, Claire would notice and buy them for him and let me know. I feel this is above and beyond. She tolerated all my dad's quirks and all the ladies listening to his stories with good grace and humour even though, being elderly, these were often repeated. Sadly my father died several months ago but I could not have survived the past 3.5 years without the service they provided. I visited my father every 7-10 days and his flat was always very clean and tidy which meant I could spend quality time with my dad rather than have to clean. I cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10.
