A touch of beauty
When I initially tried to change the time of appointment I was met with someone who has no phone manners. As far as actual hair cut goes, I won't go back. Girl who washed my hair was not friendly and I found the whole experience unprofessional. Stylist was honest in saying that she wasnt confident in using the clippers, and overall they were discouraging the style I wanted. I understand my hair is short and probably was awkward to work with but I left feeling very disappointed and my hair cut hasn't done much for my already low self esteem.

Had a first date Saturday just gone and Bae did my hair and make up. I felt incredible! I looked fantastic! I go once a month for a touch up on highlights and Sat and Bae are always talkative and make me feel very relaxed! We always have good gossip and i feel incredibly welcome! Would 110% recommend!! Thank you, as always :) x

Have had my hair cut/styled here, and have also been waxed here. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and skilled professionals. - always a positive experience

I really liked the service. They did my elayes ( lifting) . I love it, the girl who did it was extremely professional and also gave me a hand massage super relaxing for free. Also, they did my hair colouring ( full head high lights) to the perfection. I recommend this place 100%

A touch of beauty
Had my appointment cancelled twice then when finally had my hair cut it is all over the place its not level i have one side longer than the other and its unevenly cut all the way round. After asking the hairdresser to correct my moms hair she was making it worse she could not see what she was doing wrong, she had her kids running around the shop getting under her feet we ended up walking out and having to book an emergency appointment at another hairdressers.

The staff are absolutely lovely and make an effort to be kind and attentive to everyone who walks through the doors. My hair ended up even better than I expected and I will definitely be going back again. I had my hair dyed, cut, washed, blow dried and styled and am so happy with the finished look.
