Worse delivery experience ever. Bought a brand new bed and had to wait months for it as it was being made from new. The draw and headboard arrived damaged and used with soil on it. They sent a replacement which also took several weeks because apparently these needed inspecting to ensure it is new as agreed. The new headboard and draw ALSO damaged! Absolute headache! £800 bed! Rip off.I just want to send the whole thing back now for a refund. Its too much headache. Could probably buy a £500 one from Levines without any of the headache.

I had a terrible sales experience last night when I went to buy a bed and mattress. I only liked the bed, so I decided to purchase it. However, the sales assistant provided an extremely poor level of service. He took my order on the first floor but then led me to the ground floor for payment. At the cashier, it was discovered that he had not entered my contact details, such as my phone number or email address. Furthermore, he had failed to place the order for the bed, and the cashier was unaware of the delivery date. Additionally, the cashier informed me that I had the option to purchase a 5-year warranty for the bed, but the sales assistant had neglected to offer this service. As a result, I now have to make another trip to speak with the salesperson regarding these issues.Following my review, the store manager contacted me via phone. During my conversation with the manager, Pat, I became aware of a discrepancy. The sales assistant had assured me that the bed would be delivered and assembled. However, upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed it stated self-assembly." Thankfully

Wow….. the best customer service I have ever received. What an amazing, hard working, patient, kind and funny your Kim at Tyseley is. She went above and beyond for us, she couldn’t do enough for us. We were so impressed. Thankyou Kim for being so wonderful. Cousins you have an amazing member of staff, you should be proud.Hopefully the delivery runs as smoothly, I’m sure it would if Kim was driving the truck!

This shop has an amazing selection of dinning furniture dealt with Pat Waldron who was excellent no request too much trouble to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

Very good collection of sofa, dinning table and other stuff. We went for Sofa, like couple for us but bit pricey. Why not then we go with SCS or DFS if same price we have to pay here. thanks

I purchased a luxury sofa, and when i got the delivery i had two different coloured sofas. They replaced it to the original colour we wanted after waiting weeks.. so the sofa come finally but this time round the the colours right but the wooden feet are different colour more orangy but should be a darker colour like the last colours. Kind of disappointing after all the wait

From the time we walked into the showroom for a browse and ended up buying an Italian leather suite to the delivery today the service has been exceptional. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and caring and the delivery guys as I missed their call waited and took extreme care in getting the suite into the house and setting it up. First delivery people Ive had for a while that instantly took off their shoes. We have always brought our suites from Cousins partly because of the excellent quality, prices are affordable and the service has always been excellent. Sadly I was unable to complete the survey as my security has blocked it but I can only thank all the staff involved in this purchase.

Pat provided great customer service and was really helpful in answering any queries we had, as well as taking the time to show us exactly what we were looking for. Had a pleasant experience overall thanks to Pat
