I was impressed with the woman who I ordered the skip through, very helpful and efficient. The driver who delivered the skip was also very helpful, placing it exactly where I wanted it, he too was efficient and polite. It's the first time I've had a skip from anyone and I was apprehensive about it, but the whole experience was stress free. I would recommend Collard to anyone.

Excellent, professional service. Have used Collards personally and for a community group several times and it has always been a good experience. Their drivers are always friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to put the skip exactly where you need it. Drop offs and pickups are always when they say they will be. Office staff are always helpful, too. Highly recommended.

My skip suppose drop off first thing in morning (THAT WHAT KELLY SED)so I have a crew waiting for skip .NO SKIP TO 12:00 so I ring collard office and found what happened.? Lady excuse was not many driver with I don't believe. Very disappointed and I have to paid for crew for all shift . Skip is arrived 14 :30.

Great service, slight hiccup with the system letting me book delivery for a bank holiday day they weren't open but it wasn't a problem for us and was delivered the day after. Collected on the day we booked. Both drivers were polite and professional as were the office staff I spoke to. Invoices and receipts were emailed promptly. Would recommend.

I ordered the skip late Tuesday evening request for the next day. I got home late on Wednesday afternoon from work around 14.00 hrs the skip was there and where I requested it go. A happy customer
