One of their vans left the road and kicked up a concrete block this time last year. It cost me a £300 excess which I have to personally try to recover through small claims court. I have dash cam evidence of this but their insurers are saying they hit about hole and that's what caused the damage. Utter bollox Aviva just want to drag me to Court in attempt to avoid paying me. If you see one of their vans steer clear you do not want to nearly be killed by their driver. If I had been on a bike I wouldn't be here posting this.

Worst company – ever - After being a customer for three vehicles for over six years, we had a vehicle stolen and instead of helping us track the vehicle they refused to allow us access onto the tracker as we had for some reason missed a few payments. Instead of giving us instant access so we could find the vehicle they asked us to send an email to the finance department who refused to help until the email had been processed. Some 24 hours later they turned the tracker back on by which time the tracker had been found and destroyed. If they had of acted reasonably then we would have been able to get the vehicle back.Don’t use them use a more reasonable company they where very unhelpful and where more bothered about a few invoices missed rather than helping recover a £ 18’000 van and £ 10’000 worth of tools all in all they have cost us £28’000.

Brilliant services from Dale, who came out to repair our Dometic Fridge and Gas Hub. The electrical refrigeration element had given up. He was super attentive and professional. Repairs were competitively priced. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs or installations of Dometic equipment in their motorhome or caravan.

Extremely helpful in providing excellent diagnosis of a generator problem and supplied parts with very little financial gain for themselves. Dale was a top man. I would give them a 5 star + rating.
