Helpful service from Richard McNevin Duff made the switch easy and clear. BUT I would have liked far fewer emails and phone calls from others before that which almost amounted to harassment!

I received a call from Beccy Wheeler offering some savings on our water bill for the Table Tennis Club I am Treasurer for. I explained that we use very little water at the Club but she assured me we could make some savings, however small. I was driving when she first called so I asked her to ring back, which she did, at the agreed time. She explained everything quite clearly and although the savings only amounted to £2 per month, every little helps. She was very helpful, and very courteous, a credit to your Company.

In my role as a parish councillor we are so impressed with the help and support we receive from Love Energy Savings. This is the second time we have used them the first was for electricity supply and this time is for full fibre. Our support agent Uvais Patel was fantastic in finding us a great deal but more importantly, getting to understand our needs before recommending a supplier. We are very impressed and would suggest you give them a try. It costs nothing to speak to them and you could save a lot of money as we have.

Initial contact by Lewis Richards after I requested a callback from Love Energy was friendly & professional. I was then transferred to Sho Khan to discuss rates & contracts. Again, Sho was friendly & professional. He made the process pain free and we are happy with the deal we agreed. Staying with our existing supplier but on a lower price than they were offering for renewal directly. Thank you Love Energy.

Only interested in their commission and will tell you anything to make the 'sale'. I was approached about switching water supplier by Rebekah Vipond. She sent me an email quote showing my current supplier costs (£1.6747 m3 and standing charge £89.25) vs Everflow (£1.592 and £25.42). On this basis I agreed to switch.Low and behold in my first invoice there is a new fixed charge from Everflow described as a Retail Fee" which means their Standing charge is actually £94.37.Its such a cheap
