Internet would not work work with sky box at all. Lied to for months about problem, blamed sky. Turns out there using cheaper foreign old used IP addresses. Told was free until sorted then charged for 2 months for. Service that didn’t even work. Costumer service return calls also very slow and says before getting answers. Would not recommend using this company. Also tried charge me cancellation fee from credited account and would not come and undo work dome from installation.

Phil the engineer came to install my new fibre service. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I felt he was deserving of a 5* as he was so polite, really pleasant and informative and generally just a nice chap.

Kevin communicated prior to his arrival then he was extremely professional and helpful about the installation. He answered all my questions and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am delighted with the service and highly recommend Kevin K @foil

Leaving a review isn't normally my thing, but on this occasion I really must give credit where it's due. After many months of trying to get a decent broadband service in my home, I decided to contact the 4th Utility to supply & install the service. A young gentleman by the name of Phil, arrived punctually on the day & time agreed. Throughout the entire installation process, Phil was utterly respectful of my home & demonstrated so much skill, knowledge & expertise, making the whole process run seamlessly. Thanks to Phil & the 4th Utility I can now run my business from home with confidence. Phil you are an asset to your employers, thanks again.

Chose 4th utility as they are already set up in my building. When it works it's very average but I guess that's reflected in the price.Recently I've found them to have several outages a month. Sometimes lasting upto a whole day with no explanation.I've contacted the customer service team several times and they usually just note it will be fixed within 48 hours (luckily it's never taken more than 12 hours..)Not great for working from home.I'll likely have to swap provider.

Great company, I was the first customer in my block to have 4th Utility installed today. Mark was great (installation Engineer) really professional and did a great job. Also had a pleasant visit from the Manager who popped over to assist.Looking forward to my line being activated.Thank you very much guys.

Had my original installation appointment over a week ago but the external engineer didn't do the job properly, so I had to wait for another appointment to be arranged. It took most of the week to even find out when an engineer from 4th Utility would be coming, which inconveniently left me without an internet connection the whole time. Once the 2nd engineer came he swiftly figured out the issue and immediately arranged for someone to come the next morning to fix it. Just had Isaiah (Foil) in, who replaced the broken part and made sure my connection was up and running. If they'd sent one of their engineers straight away instead of someone external, I would happily give 5 stars as they were both great!

Beware don’t fall into a trap.I am glad I have not cancelled my 3broadband who are paying for this broadband because three has issue in my area.Cheap company cheap service, when it works it is faster than super sonic but only for a few hours then you will need to get a call from a tech support after a week to sort it out , so 8 hours service one week no service, You will need to call Customer service to pass your details to tech team to ring you back no direct contact ,it will take 2 days of calling them every minutes until they contact you back if you are lucky because me I haven’t been contacted.Today is Saturday night and I have no service since Thursday the first day of installation and still waiting for a tech call me.Also if you work from home and using VPN this is not the broadband you want, it is not secure and it will not connect to your work VPN.I have called 3 times today and no luck so I asked for a manager to call back.They billed me just when the connection was up and running on Thursday

Cheap company , good price. But the fibre is installed along the corridor and when it goes wrong these guys are not the best to fix. My internet been out now for a week and had a lad from Liverpool come down only to say he can’t fix the issue. So still waiting for a repair.

Booked an install over a week ago, called in this morning to confirm intallation was today, and this was confirmed for a morning slot (8am - 1pm).Called back at 1pm today as I have heard nothing and turns out it was booked on the system but no engineer assigned.Have been promised a call back shortly" to see if they can still install today or tomorrow.Would not reccomend off my experience so far
