Having purchased a vehicle from Richards before I had no reservations as to return to search for a new car. I discovered exactly what I was looking for at the price to my liking. I met Ade who was very informative on the said vehicle and having road tested it I decided to buy it. That's when the professional and helpful assistance came to light. Ade took me through each step of the purchase with patience especially as I required to exchange my personal number plate. Being a layman in understanding the ins and outs of the procedure Ade talked me through it and made sure I understood. I am extremely pleased with my new car and look forward to a few happy driving years in it.I recommend anyone looking to change their car to make Richardson,s their first port of call.Thankyou.

I bought a car from Richardsons last week . The service I received was exceptionally from start to finish .Adi assisted me every step of the way and explained everything regarding the purchase of the vehicle , the MOT ,the warranty and breakdown cover, they even took my old banger of a car ,so that was one less worry ! (not once did I feel pushed into a purchase) . Excellent customer service from Adi and the car is in immaculate condition and was valeted to a very high standard . After my own car was written off I was in need of a new car quickly and came across a Renault Scenic on autotrader that Richardson’s were advertising. They responded quickly to enquiries, and agreed to not deal with anyone else after we called to let them know we where on our way to view which was appreciated as we were travelling from nearly two hours away. We viewed the car and where very impressed with the service we received from Adi, nothing was forced on us and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything extra. There were a few minor issues with the car, as there would be with any car of that age group, such as the boot not closing correctly, but we were assured that these would be fixed at no extra cost. We viewed the car on Wednesday, and collected it the following Monday, fully repaired, serviced and with MOT. Can’t fault the service we have received from this garage, it’s nice to know there are still genuine car dealerships out there and we would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

My husband and I purchased a car from Richardsons just over a week ago. We were so impressed with the service we received. We were treated like friends and looked after with cups of coffee and tea. Our car was traded in at a very fair price and the vehicle we bought was serviced, MOT'd and any advisories were immediately dealt with. We travelled quite a way and would do it again and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good honest service.

Bought a Nissan X-Trail over a month ago, great customer service from Simon and Adi and purchased an excellent vehicle. Recently had trouble with the brakes and contacted Simon at Richardsons who arranged for replacement of brake pads and discs at no charge. Excellent car sales and after care. Thanks Simon and Adi.

Recently bought my BMW 4 Series from Simon at Richardsons. The service was great, both Simon and Ade were genuine honest guys who made sure everything was spot on with the car before driving away. Absolutely love the car it’s mint both inside and out.When the day comes to look for a new car, this place will definitely be at the top of my list.

I first visited Richardsons on a saturday morning to test drive a car i had seen on their website. On arrival i was greated with simon who i had spoken to on the phone. Everything was ready and waiting for me to test drive the car,all my questions were answered promptly.I was made at ease by simon and made to feel welcome. After the 30 min test drive by myself and then a lengthy conversation afterwards i decided it was not the car for me. This caused no ill will or animosity from simon who understood my reason and his extended courtesy still continued.Later in the week i noticed they had the same make and model but a later reg and the coulor i was looking for. I rang richardsons again for a saturday morning test drive, again no problem at all even though the previous week i tested another car.Again after testing the car i was hooked,not only with the price of the car a 2016 honda jazz with low mileage,the colour i liked most. The salesman Adi was also great,nothing was too much trouble. I left a deposit for the car and awaited for them to contact me. The were putting a new twelve months mot on the car even though the excisting one was valid until october 23 and serviced the car. Now the mot produced a advisory of front brake pads getting a bit thin. Richardsons fitted new pads free of charge to cover the advisory but not only that they went one step further and fitted new disks, even though it did not need them for the test,they just did this as good measure to fit new parts together. I picked up the car, the handover was very smooth. I left not only with a fantastic car but a fantastic buying experience from the Richardsons Team. Looking around their cars they have a great choice with great prices so if your in the market for a car This car dealership is a good place to start. Many thanks Simon and Adi
