M&M Skip Hire

Wouldn’t recommend. Delivered a skip and took it away when it suited them. We paid them upfront which was a big mistake. As no notice given when they would be collecting. Meant that they took away a half full skip.Call to ask why they took it. Very aggressive. Won’t offer any other solution. Customer service not good. Now got to rent another skip from a reputable skip company to get rid of rubbish. Going to work out very expensive.So think twice - why even take the risk ?

Do not use this firm. Rented a large skip. Decided to collect it without telling anyone. Wasn’t full. Therefore basically robbed us of £250. Good firm for delivery skips and taking them away empty.If that’s what you want then that great. Good business for them. Bad business for people renting skips.Complete waste of money.Also just so everyone understands. This is a small firm using a name similar to a larger firm at companies house. This company has assets of just £10k according to companies house. How can you run a skip company with just 10k assets? Surely trucks , skips and land to recycle on costs more than that? So if you rent from these guys you need to consider ? Are they legitimate? Why use a name similar to a big company ? Are they paying taxes ? And what do they do with there rubbish ?

Wouldn't recommend. Delivered skip promptly but removed the skip without any notification before we had finished with it. They later told me all skips were for a 2 week period, but this wasn't mentioned when I arranged the skip. I knew I needed the skip for more than 2 weeks so would have queried this. Avoid this company.
