Rebecca has been very helpful through out the process, checking in with calls and emails to ensure we were up to speed with everything that has been happening during the process. During the conversations and collecting the keys it is clear the high level of profession she has which my partner and I both appreciated massively, this made the typically very stressful time around moving a lot less stressful and for this we are very thankful. Hopefully we will remain in our newly let property but if we were to move again we would definitely be inclined to let through Frank Innes and Rebecca again.
