On my visit to Trespass in Lancaster today the assistant went above beyond to help find me the most appropriate footwear. On my recipt it said the assistant was hollym. Truly she is a credit to the store and company.

Visited as it was raining and we needed an umbrella, picked an umbrella, paid for it and noticed on the way out I'd been overcharged. I went back and requested that I was charged the correct amount, the staff seemed somewhat shocked and suggested that it didn't really matter.Even the manager came down from the office to see what the issue was, not impressed. In the end I needed to provide, my name, address, email, telephone number to be charged the correct amount, a really negative experience that could have been handled positively by the staff and processed without needing so much information.

This is the outlet store, so crammed with bargains. I bought a fashionable down filled coat at less than half price and a 4way stretch gym t shirt for 70% off! Kids and adult clothing, socks and footwear..

While on a visit to Harrogate we called into the Trespass shop, we found a jacket we wanted to purchase but it wasn’t in my size Blake contacted another store for them to save it for me. We went to pick the jacket up but unfortunately they didn’t have it. We had a look on the website and couldn’t find it, so we rang the Harrogate store and they couldn’t do enough to help. The lady gave us the name of the jacket which we then found on the website and ordered it. Really good service it was greatly appreciated.

He's not very big but you might find everything, if you're in holiday have you missed something goes if you are local and you need some waterproofing...x
