Top notch. I bought a bike remotely. The bike was great, but the after sales services was even better. I had a couple of small issues within the warranty period and Dan sorted those out - no questions asked. I am far from Cubo Moto but Dan asked me to take the bike to the nearest dealer and settled remotely. This is when problems happen that one can really tell who we are dealing with. The service couldn’t get any better. Thank you. You bought yourself a loyal customer!

Fantastic service from Cubomoto!Didn’t want the hassle or the risk of being stolen by selling privately so after seeing these guys on social media, I thought I’d give them a try. Sent them a message, got a rapid response asking for details. I opted for the sale or return option. They asked how much I wanted and agreed the price, which was more than they were going for selling privately. I’m a massive over thinker, so was very apprehensive about just handing my bike over to a company i found on social media, without any payment my way.Spoke to Dino who confirmed the process and I get a full receipt on collection, confirming all the details, that I’m still the legal owner until I approve any sale.They collected the bike within a few days. Their driver was great, very professional. Great care was taken when loading and strapping the bike down in the van.Bike was up for sale after 3 days from collection, fully valeted and looked mint.Literally sold within a couple days of being advertised! Was kept up to date on the sale progress, which was straight forward.Soon as money cleared and the new owner collected the bike, they called to make payment. No hassle, bank transferred the exact amount as agreed while I was on the phone.Don’t hesitate to use this service if you’re thinking about selling your bike. Can’t recommend it enough!

From the first phone call to enquire about the bike to riding away on it, I was met with professionalism, friendliness, and a couple of laughs. The purchasing process went smoothly with no hiccups at all.Communication was on point. I wasn't left long until I got a response, and everything was communicated very clearly (I had a lot of questions with me being new to riding and bikes in general)They were kind enough to prepare the bike perfectly. Even sorted me out with some new tyres for a great price. The bike did have tyres with some life left in them, but not much. Considering this would be my first motorbike, I wanted it to be fully ready to ride. Cubo & Dan made this happen.I would happily purchase from Cubo again. When I want to change, I'll definitely be checking to see what they have in stock.Thanks again :)

Sold my KTM 1290 super adventure to these guys. Sale was fast and they updated me every day. They even collected the bike without me, and made the payment straight away. Great guys for communicating and keeping me updated. They offered me a great price and messaged me directly. If I was going to buy another bike I’d use this company as they are popular and Honest. Found this company by chance as they had an example of the bike I was looking for.So glad I did find them too! Dan in Sales was personable, knowledgable, not pushy yet keen to help and answer each and every one of my questions. Deal was done amicably and delivery to my home was organised within days following bike being serviced.The agreed time of delivery (9am) also meant that Jake had to leave at 5am to get to me, but in spite of that turned up with a big smile and was clearly passionate about bikes and great customer service. He spent an hour with me going through everything, completing paperwork and just enjoying some good old bike chit chat.The bike itself is exactly as described and in superb condition. Service, as you may have gathered by now, was above expectations.I can’t recommend Dan, Jake and Cubo Moto highly enough.

Recently passed my test and bought a bike that was really too small but it got me going.After endless searching I came across a bike I loved with Cubo moto.I made an enquiry through auto trader and Dan got straight back to me via WhatsApp.After minimal negotiation we came to an agreement we were both happy with.They were very friendly, helpful and had great communication.Collection day was smooth, no hassle and laid back. The bike was gleaming and well presented.Paperwork and payment was done over a coffee and no rush to get things done or to leave.Never been a fan of buying from dealers and always preferred private but this experience has changed my mind for the future.Would highly recommend Cubo moto to anyone looking for a first or new bike !!!
