Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Ford Transit Custom from Eadles. The service and general experience was far beyond expectations and we are very happy with the new van. All of the stock is well presented and Bruce was knowledgeable and helpful with all of the vehicles. Hoping to deal with them again in the future.

I have already left a review 3 months earlier, so this is just an update.My vehicle developed a knocking noise after a couple of months.As I’m quite a way from Eadles, I got my mechanic to take a quick look.It turned out to be a rubber worn on an engine/gearbox mount. Which could happen to any second hand vehicle at any time.To save me a journey, Jake agreed to pay for my local mechanic to rectify the problem.Whilst he had the vehicle on the ramp, he noticed the sump was porous. Again, something that could happen with a second hand vehicle.As this was a special order part, Jake arranged for his mechanic to sort it out under the warranty.His mechanic, Lewis Motors, was really quick and helpful with this.So both problems fixed, with no hassle or arguments whatsoever.Which backs up my earlier review… top notch service, and will definitely be going back when it’s time for another vehicle.

Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from Bruce & Jake. Both being so helpful and friendly. Great communication and both happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy another vehicle again in the future.

I bought a Transit Custom Limited from Eadles recently. It is a fantastic vehicle, in excellent condition for a 6 year old. Jake knew the full history of the vehicle and supplied all the documentation to back this up. He had previously sold the vehicle to a customer, who then sold it back to them. It just feels so much better to buy a vehicle, knowing that the dealer has knowledge of it's history. When I picked the vehicle up, it had been fully valeted to within an inch of it's life, and also had a full PDI service, with new brakes and oil included. Jake is an extremely friendly, polite guy, who made the whole experience plain sailing. I also had a long delay with my bank moving money between my accounts. As I had put down a deposit, which one would generally expect to hold a vehicle for a week or so, I was worried that this could cause a problem. Jake was so relaxed about the whole thing, that I never felt I might lose my deposit and van. He assured me that it would still be waiting, once I was ready to collect it. Jake has been a lovely guy to deal with, and has provided an outstanding service, which is often hard to come by these days. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will certainly be giving them a call when the time comes for a new vehicle.

Recently purchased a Transit Connect from Eadles service was impeccable i was buying from Northern Ireland and only going from pictures provided on there website which i was nervous about I'm fussy about paint and buying black going by pictures was a worry. After a phone call about the quality of the van it was exactly as described when I arrived. Having not done this before I was talked through the whole process great and they even made a choice to open later for me to accommodate my flights over to them. When I arrived the van was perfect and just as was described to me on the phone over the moon with it and the standard in which the van was handed over to me was impressive.Great service and great honest people to deal with will be looking forward to giving them a call again when it comes to changing this one in a few years.Now the ocd will kick in and it will be kept like a showroom van and not a daily :)Thanks Stuart

Excellent service from start to finish. There was no pressure at all, I was given plenty of time to decide. I have visited the dealer, tested and I was made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much for them for example big help with recommending better finance company. They were recommended to me by my best friend and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of service and finally the van is absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much.

Hello, I would like to share with you my experience with the Eadles Company. For many weeks I have been trying to find a garage that would help me exchange my little van for something bigger, but the offered prices were below even the lowest market price. Then I found a Toyota Proace sale ad and wrote to Eadles if they could help me with the trade. The response was immediate. After uploading the photos, the valuation of my van - average market price. Help in arranging financing. Everything on @ or by phone. The only thing left to do was pick up my van but it was pure pleasure. Everything as described. Perfect after-sale assistance. I recommend with all my heart especially Jake, who completely took care of me during sales and after. Thank you Jake and Eadles
