Came here to watch barbie with my girlfriend, pleasantly enjoyed the movie. The staff were amazing, answering any and all questions. The food was a tad expensive but unfortunately to be expected at a cinema. The toilets were placed literally the furthest away from where we were so to not miss much one would have to run down the corridor. All in all a great experience made even better by the great staff!

Great cinema, comfy seats, friendly staff. Ruined by people talking and using their phone throughout movies (and you can imagine how thrilling it is to hear two teenage mothers-to-be doing so).

Since moving to Bicester I have been seeing good movies at Vue, had not been for so long, decided I was missing out on good movies as well as the experience of the cinema and seeing it on the big screen, I have really enjoyed all the films I have seen so far from funny, thriller/action,sci-fi and family, go to the cinema you will not be disappointed and it is a great day out if you are on your own or with family and friends, it is thrilling watching it on the big screen and you feel you are in the movie, and the staff are friendly and helpful especially if you are disabled, nothing is too much trouble, looking for a great day then go to the cinema and enjoy, the price of the films are excellent.

On one of the hottest evenings of the year, lovely air con, not freezing! The sound and picture quality was amazing. Real value for money!

Was nice - was a clean cinema, staff were nice and overall okay, would go to this cinema again. However, we went to see Barbie - they ran out of popcorn on a Monday evening (6pm) and making the food was painfully slow. Maybe just a one off!

I have been to Bicester vue a few times and usually it’s a pleasant experience and it’s usually very quiet but obviously with the recent blockbusters it’s been busier. Me and my husband went to see a recent film and wanted to get some ice cream we queued up and waited to be served only to be ignored by various members of staff who refused to meet eye contact or address us, while we stood there looking like lemons they closed the tills with no care to inform us or move us to another queue. We paid extra for VIP seats in the theatre only to discover they’re not the standard vip recliner chairs like most vue cinemas they’re just slightly more padded seats and arm rest and the leg room isn’t any different either. Not really worth the extra money. All in all a disappointing experience.

Decent range of movies, snacks and drinks. Only slight issue was that it was a bit cold in there.

Cosy, mid-sized cinema with small-town vibes. Friendly staff, super clean and tidy, very reasonably priced and a good selection of films, show-times, snacks and drinks. 7 screens showing a good mix of latest releases and specials.

Went to see avatar 3D. Paid VIP, though I don't think I needed to as there were only 4 couples in there lol. There were 2 screens showing 3D. One at 7.30 and one at 8.00. Would probably have made more sense to have just had 1 screen open. The photo shows cinema 10 mins before start of movie. Nevertheless place was clean, staff were friendly and film was great.Car parking at Sainsbury's is free after 7pm till next morning, so no problems there, even with a movie over 3 hours long. All in all a great night.

Loved the staff, they told me all about the benefits of working at a cinema and I learnt that serving popcorn is better than having to clean the cinema, which I can understand, still the cinema was really clean. Food and drinks there were quite expensive, however you can have a lovely chat with the staff and of course couldn't fault Barbie, Margot Robbie was the highlight. The only thing that annoyed me was that the toilets were right the other end and I was in screen 2 so at the end of the movie I had to literally sprint, but I blame the architects.
