Well where to start, having missed my initial phone call I received a call back to my mobile from Waterworks.Great service in itself.I was spoken to in a polite, understanding manner so I drove to the shop to enquire about the spare part I needed.Once there the service was again First Class.Dealt with my enquiry in a polite, professional way, no jargon, no rip off, just great customer service.10 out of 10 from me and I have worked in customer service all my working life.Well done to Waterworks.Wishing you every success for the future, but with service like that you cannot go wrong.Just restored some of my faith in the human race.Thank you.

After having a problem with my old siphonic toilet (not flushing properly) I decided to visit THE WATERWORKS for advice. I was assisted in store by JOE who agreed with me that it was an old siphonic toilet and parts for the toilet are hard to come by.JOE did recommend a new vitra milton toilet and upon googling the price THE WATERWORKS were coming up the cheapest price. But rather than just take my money for a quick sale he recommended me another independent plumber’s merchant for another throw at the dice.Well I’d like to say a big thank you to JOE and THE WATERWORKS for your honesty as I took JOES advice and visited this other plumbers merchant and I got the part that I needed (a siphonic bomb). My toilet is working 100% again now. Thanks JOE your a credit to your company.I fully recommend THE WATERWORKS and they will be my 1st port of call from now on.Pay this place a visit and upon my experience ask for JOE (no disrespect to his colleagues) who will serve you in a nice honest approachable manner….Thanks guys.

Great service and help from Adrian and his colleague (sorry didnt catch your name) in helping me with various fittings and options while trying to add a small radiator and update another two. The ins and outs of plumbing fittings - so many choices, anyway the push-fit stuff seems to work, hope that doesn't jinx me and I get a leak :)
