2023 Once again a super service from the guys and girls at this garage, they really can not be faulted on customer service or there prices. After a week where my car had been broken into it was super know I could take my car to this garage and know I wouldn't be robbed again with dodge m.o.t faults etc. I would recommend these people to everyone, (and don't listen to the negative feedback, to many people want something for nothing and life certainly doesn't work like that for anyone....Thank you LD see you in July 20242022 Great service great price and loverly staff

Amazing team, I think, my permanent garage to go from now on. After 20 years, the garage I used for my cars, the owner was retired, and I was looking somewhere I could trust to bring my car for service. I took my car only for MOT this morning, but was very pleased with welcome, positive attitude. Thank you for all your work (fitting my wiper). It is much appreciated.

Brian’s great when sorting out issues, seen on the same day and got fixed including MOT which isn’t always the case. Reception is polite and friendly however if you could improve the booking system that would be the biggest challenge. There’s always this fear when you call that you will be told ‘call next week’ other than that 5 star.

Very quick. Although drop was a little longer and parking and access could be improved. The mats had dusty footprints from whom ever serviced the car. Maybe consider offering a quick cleaning service as an extra.

I tried to use the garage first time and booked for to do the timing change work. Given me a date after 2 weeks. I was desperately waiting for to get it done the work, I took the car on my booking day and left the car there. An hr later ph call comes and said they can’t do the work because the guys didn’t turned up. How knowing was that! It was so unreliable. Not only that they said to me they will ring me in a few days to rebook again, but it’s been 10 days now, they never did. I won’t recommend this garage, people are rood too front of the customers they are swearing I did like it that.

Highly recommend! Dawn is very efficient and friendly. Problem fixed and MOT passed now, all good - from a happy customer :)

I recently had the misfortune of having my car dropped off at LD Garages via RAC, and I must say that my experience with them was absolutely dreadful. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and incompetence displayed by LD Garages was beyond belief.First and foremost, LD Garages charged me additional fees without even bothering to inform me of the pricing or the nature of the work they were carrying out. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a customer.To make matters worse, LD Garages failed to fix the clutch issue with my car, despite claiming to be experts in their field. Not only did they fail to diagnose the problem accurately, but they also did not provide any meaningful update on the status of my vehicle. I was left in the dark and had to make the effort to go into the store myself to inquire about my car's progress.The lady at the reception, who I can only describe as extremely arrogant and rude, added insult to injury. Her attitude was dismissive and condescending, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Her dramatic behavior only further highlighted the unprofessionalism that permeates LD Garages.Overall, I strongly advise against entrusting LD Garages with your vehicle. Their lack of professionalism, failure to address the actual issues, and disrespectful treatment of customers make them an establishment to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable garage that genuinely cares about their customers and their cars. LD Garages falls woefully short in every aspect, and my regrettable experience with them serves as a cautionary tale for others.

Took car in for major service and I reported there was a high pitch noise when braking and suggested pads/discs may need changing. I was told it was an air gap which was repaired and there was no issues with the car.Returned a couple months later for an MOT, and had 5/6 advisories 2 of which were for pads and discs which was disappointing as no problems reported on service.Additionally, the man I spoke to when I dropped the car off for the ride MOT was very rude and seemed to have some issue with where I parked. This was then followed up with me calling 15 minutes before close to get an update on the MOT and the same person was very rude and told me they were closing in 10 minutes. Finally, generally cost of garage is above competitors in the area.Unfortunately, won’t be using the garage again.
