Great staff but the selection is pretty small. Get rid of some tropical and put extra coral and clean up crew and this will definitely get you more custom

Very helpful staff. 9/10 times I go in it is Kieran that serves us. Very well stocked. Staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about. I started off with a BiOrb for my 2 goldfish which I got from maidenhead aquatics. (The fish). After about a month I upgraded to a 3 foot 128 litre tank which I bought from them, cabinet included. Decided I also wanted a tropical tank so I bought a Fluval Flex 57 litre from them as well which I have 2 pygmy puffers and some neon tetras in. I also have live plants in both the tanks mostly bought from Maidenhead. The plants are very good quality.

The staff at Maidenhead were very knowledgeable and really helped me and my family during our visit. We came away with some really nice fish to add to our tank and even more information about them too.

Lovely aqurium with plenty of variety very well set .. i have been here many times and so glad they have knowledgeable team Tom was a huge help as i need to know the name of the paradise fish and he took time out to get me the details and was very polite i love this shop as the team they employ is what makes me come back thank to TOM AND TEAM KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Great aftercare service from Kieron today, purchased a pump over a year ago, had a problem overnight, rang the store for advice and was invited to bring the pump in to see if they could help. He took the pump, thoroughly checked it over, found the problem and managed to resolve the issue. Very grateful for his dilligence today. Also lots of good advice on stock and came away with a few new additions to my tank. Great service all round!
