Cromwell Stoves fitted a new oak beam surround and granite hearth.Nice work but the beam had a large crack along its length which resulted in it not fitting flush to the wall and flat on the cambrels.I took pictures and sent them to Steve the proprietor. Steve arranged a replacement and came and fitted himself and he did a great job.Excellent customer service.

Cromwell Stoves are excellent. They are trustworthy, friendly and superb at installing multi-fuel/log burners. Despite facing difficulties in my chimney, Steve and his team found an inventive solution to the problem and installed our burner with proficiency and diligence. This company screams professionalism and customer service at a competitive price. Trust these guys with your custom, they won't let you down!

Just a quick u- date (Nov 2021) wood burner and installation still very VERY pleased with both.I will be lighting my fire tonight :-)We had Cromwell Stoves fit our wood burning stove while we were away on Holiday. A brave move you might think but the stove and chimney lining all went well and we were left with the minimum of mess and disruption and a nice warm fire to come home to. Highly recommended to one and all not just in the St.Neots and Eaton Socon area. Excellent job well done to the team at Cromwell Stoves. We were recommended the Stovax Riva 45 by Steve, with the multifuel cassette an excellent choice, I almost feel disappointed when the weather warms up as my wife won’t let me use it.

We had popped into a more local supplier to enquire about log burners but were a little underwhelmed by the customer service so looked online and found Cromwell Stoves located a couple of miles away, what a difference, we arranged a visit and viewed the range of stoves available, had knowledgeable discussion regarding the best option for our property, a site visit with Mick Healey was arranged to ascertain the installation process and here we are today, fully fitted, fully functioning and a fantastic clean job! Highly recommend.

After a frustrating experience with a more local supplier, Cromwell Stoves were a breath of fresh air! My initial enquiry was responded to promptly via a phone call where Richard clearly explained their process. We also visited the showrooms where Richard explained the pros and cons of the different types available to us and answered all of our questions. The team certainly know their stuff! We then had a home visit from Healey's Stoves to understand which wood stoves were suitable for our property. Once we were ready to go ahead, Steve at Cromwell organised the ordering of the woodstove and worked with Healey's Stoves on having everything ready for our installation date. No chasing, no stress. Such a breeze. We are so happy with the final result and would highly recommend!

Steve knows his stuff and was very helpful when we were selecting our woodburner. No pressure, just good advice. The whole process was straightforward from start to end and we are very pleased with the outcome.

This is the second time I've used Cromwell Stoves. New house, new wood burner, really pleased. Easy to deal with. Just supplied the stove and beam this time, but good prices, quality stuff and arranged the install through the same guys as before so I didn't have to worry about that. Would definitely recommend.
