Katie and your team, how disappointing your are!How can you allow as a Assistant Manager for your staff to shout at the customer??Is that the training you are given? You tell customer to stop smiling? to change the attitude? Really?I picked up a shampoo for £8.60. On the till a very rude blond, larger lady with glasses, Megan I believe, told me I took the wrong item and its 8.65. Thank you Megan for knowing what I want and need!! She was rolling her eyes, banging fingers on the counter while I was trying to find my Superdrag card. At the end I gave up, as felt she is getting impatient. Anyway she asked another lady to check the price on the shop floor, and the lady did not even know, where they keep shampoos, and was pretending that she did not know what product I am talking about!! Then when we were walking towards the shampoos, she told me to change my attitude!!At that point they both called assistant manager Katie, who was even more shocking.Katie looked like she is not in charge at all, and she does not control her team, in fact it looked like they manage her. What a shame Katie.Katie then checked the price and told me that she can not sell the product which is on the shelf for £8.60 as the till shows £8.65. Is it really my responsibility to put products in the correct places Katie?? Meanwhile blond lady was telling me to stop smiling and stop looking at her, which I found very amusing. As up to my knowledge that is the first, essential interaction with a customer. I believe they do not know that, as probably weren't properly trained.Anyway Katie and your shocking team, I think you are a bad manager and have a bad people around you. I appreciate Boscombe is not the best place to work, but you are still a Superdrug representatives and should be responsible for providing great customer service.That was the worst experience of my life :)Kind regards

when i when to shop their with my Mum and they told security to follow us. Just for a £5 lips pump. Like I have been to private schools for my whole life I didn’t say this to brag I said it to let you know that I can buy it. I am probably going to the shop tomorrow because this has been going through me head the whole day. Finally the most annoying things was when we left the shop they were all laughing like they hadJust caught a Thief . Am not sure why they thought we were shop lifting , might be because we are black or because I had my hood up but I am not going to jump into conclusions.

Absolutely brilliant place has everything you need, brilliant staff great shop to go to. Also have amazing gifts for any occasion I, would highly recommend this place!

I love Superdrug, I am a loyal shopper but this particular time I had a problem. The manager ’Narine’ was amazing at sorting it out, I would definitely recommend.

This is not a large store but well laid out and popular. Helpful member of staff at the till. I couldn't access the virtual colour match and she advised me about concealer, light foundation and a brow pen. When I returned home I found all the items perfectly matched my expectations without stretching my budget.

This shop is great. It has everything you would imagine it does and often has really good deals and savings too. The superdrug own range (for all kinds of toiletries and skin care/make up items) is also really lovely and affordable. The pharmacy is so convenient and the pharmacists are always really friendly and helpful. The store staff are always really nice, make an effort with you at the tills and are also super helpful if you need them to be. The store itself is also always really tidy and clean.

This pharmacy is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If I have any problems they are always willing to help and I get my prescriptions as soon as possible.

Only came back in here today as i needed a carrier bag The girl was so nice friendly and felt relaxed talking to her Didnt catch her name but she was originally from Kent Tbh i find the Boscombe store is more friendlier than the Bournemouth store

If you need a prescription, go somewhere else. The team here, particularly Vicky at the pharmacy, are rude, incompetent and clearly not trained. Was told they would be able to fulfil my prescription for them to charge me immediately, then was later told because of false reasons they are unable to as “the prescriber isn’t allowed to prescribe this strength”. The contempt of the staff is incredible, and I can only put it down to racial reasons. Offered a refund of “goodwill” but was asked to fill in personal details, something I refused to complete because it was their error. Boots across the road actually know what they are doing, fulfilled my prescription with no issues, and didn’t charge me until my prescription was in my hand. Complaints to Superdrug have been completely ignored. Completely useless.
