This Happy Guru: Holistic Healing Therapy

After a very difficult few months with my wife being very sick- my GP recommended some therapy for me. By happy accident Kirsty got in touch and I began some ‘talking therapy’ to help support me in this difficult time.I could talk to Kirsty and explain to her how ‘I really felt’ - rather than pretend everything was fine.Very quickly we established a very good rapport. Kirsty taught me some simple mindfulness techniques that have enabled me to really relax and give ‘me’ time and also sleep better.As my wife is now so much better, so am I but still use the techniques to relax . I can’t recommend Kirsty highly enough.Tim
