I had a very relaxing pregnancy massage and face massage with Tia over the weekend! It was my first time visiting Tia and the space was lovely, clean and relaxing. All Covid secure too! The massage itself was amazing and I left feeling very relaxed and calm. I took advantage of the Pregnancy Bliss Combo which is 1.5 hours and combines both a pregnancy massage and facial massage however you can opt to have reflexology instead. I have recently started seeing Tia for Reiki and massages and I'm so glad I found her! My first session was for Reiki which was really good but it's my second session that has prompted me to leave this review.I suffer from arthritis and consequently have good days and bad days. It just so happened that I was having a bad day (in pain all over, joints very stiff and limping) on the day I was booked to see Tia for a massage. Tia recommended a Lymphatic massage to try to reduce the inflammation around my body. I also asked for a head, neck and shoulder massage to follow. Well, I feel like a new woman! The pain and stiffness have gone, I'm walking normally again and I feel so well and relaxed. Such is the nature of arthritis, I know the inflammation will build up again in time however, now I know where to go to get respite! Thanks Tia, I'll be back!

I have now had 3 Swedish body massage treatments with Tia and I can honestly say she’s brilliant :)Tia is very knowledgeable on the muscle groups of the body and is particularly good at easing aches and pains from injuries.Tia mixes specific oils to treat particular problem areas which are both healing and extremely relaxing.I sleep so well after a treatment.Tia is professional in her approach and ensures you feel relaxed and comfortable.I would not hesitate in recommending Tia :)

I had a wonderful Pregnancy Massage with Tia recently. She used just the right amount of pressure to relax me and release my achy muscles at the same time. I had such a wonderful healing crystal reiki session with Tia. It was deeply relaxing and I came away feeling lighter and rebalanced. It has taken me many years to find a massus as talented as Tia. Unlike others, she takes the time to understand exactly what you need from this experience and where are your aches and pains prior to the massage. She then assesses the pain gently with her hands and gets started.She ensures all her clients get the best quality treatment and the full amount of time you pay for. I am so grateful to have finally found the best masseus I have ever had and will continue to return to for many years to come. Tia has an excellent service, I feel relaxed and pain after my visit. I was suffering with TMJ like pain, for which Tia help relax my muscles around my jaw, neck and head. The pain was gone a few days after my treatment. Thanks Tia!

Rewarded myself with a two hour treatment with Tia last week. As a complementary therapist myself I wanted to receive a treatment encompassing a few different things and to be on the receiving end for a change. Tia was so attentive to all my different ailments and checked in with me all the time to check everything was ok. She even did some work on my knee which has been causing me a few issues since it was replaced last year. Tia finished the treatment with some Reflexology which was a lovely end to the session - I forgot totally where I was once she had finished as the magic of Reflexology had sent me to a complete state of relaxation.
