Fitted me in as an emergency which was amazing in itself. Friendly reception staff. Dentist was empathetic and gave lots of advice and I was treated with expertise, efficiency and care. Dental nurses are second to none - provided lots of reassurance. A great comfort to someone who gets anxious going to the dentist for a normal check up let alone emergency treatment. Thank you so very much.

My initial visit with Joanne and Sophie left me with no qualms about future appointments. Joanne talked me through each treatment and put me at my ease. She is a first class dentist who I would recommend to friends.

Hi, as a 67 year old man getting dentures was quite hard to take, however, Joanne, my dentist, really excelled in the process. New teeth in place and looking great.

I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 25 years during which time I have dealt with a number of dentists and have had no complaints. The office staff have always responded promptly and been helpful when I have had a problem or emergency. I am grateful , and perhaps lucky, to have an NHS dentist. My latest contact with this surgery was after a tooth broke during normal eating. I called to request help, explained that I was not in pain so it was not an immediate emergency, and was given an appointment ten days later. Although little of the original tooth remained, the dentist managed to make a satisfactory repair. How long it will last remains to be seen, but she did her best. Thank you.

Just called to get an emergency appointment due to a molar breaking in half and causing a lot of pain and discomfort. Only to be told they've unregistered me so there's nothing the can do. No attempt at trying to get me any help. Would not recommend wasting your time. I have spoken to another dentist since and they were so much more helpful and are actually trying to arrange an appointment for me.

When I fell pregnant my teeth got to a point where they were in agony and took a massive turn for the worst, appearance wise as well as the pain. I had to have a few teeth out along the way (most done by Joanne). I had a massive fail in my mental health due to the state of my teeth, for the last year Joanne and her assistant Sophie have been AMAZING. They have supported me massively, listened to me and provided care whenever it’s been needed. We come to a decision of removing my front teeth and replacing it with a denture. I was so nervous about this but yet again I was supported and reassured to the max. I’ve finally had the procedure done. It only took 30 minutes and the results are amazing. I am pain free and my confidence will be boosted so much. I cannot thank Joanne and Sophie enough for their sympathy, empathy, hard work, dedication and most of all giving me myself back. I have not one complaint. Thank you so much!!!!

The girls in reception are always welcoming.My dentist Mr Adam Smith is always polite, cheerful and professional. Has a wonderful chairside manor. Always explains the procedure in full. Always treats with respect, he is the nicest dentist I've ever had.Thank you .
