long queues, only three positions open despite being eight windows, services on offer at location differ from stated on website, wasted journey as high street banking deposit service is not available for nationwide customers despite withdrawing money from bank account at this branch previously, if you nerd to use banking services visit your local branch that way if you have to stand in a queue you will not be wasting your time.

Was desperate to find a Scottish power key.Tried everywhere..phoned the post office up to save me walking a mike and a half... Phone rang out for 15 mins.Someone cut me off...Rang again...somebody answered and said bye and hung up.Rang again... Somebody cut me off. Rang one more time for 10 mins.Got a answer.Total worst post office support going

Shockingly badWent here to renew my driving licence and was told it can't be done because 'the tablet is being charged 'When I said I'd wait, the lady made a face pulled it out and said there is no Internet connectionWent to the West End and had it done within 10 minutesUseless post office

Worst service ever, I was the on the phone while the cashier was serving other customers as soon as the customer left I put my phone down and went forward, cashier refused to serve me as I was on the phone. Very rude and will never go there again.
