Solid Solutions - SolidWorks in Leamington Spa

I've been a customer of Solid Solutions for some years now. Apart from good pricing and offers on SW products their support and assistance has been consistently excellent.

My company contracted solidsolutions to complete a duct run with supports. We paid £24k, and finally got back a drawing package (after full payment) 10 weeks late. The drawing pack contained incomplete work littered with errors. The process was managed badly, calls went unanswered, or pushed sideways. The manager was only interested in further change orders. All in all it was a severely bad experience from start to finish. Solidsolutions maybe good trainers, but in my experience are extremely poor at the execution of subcontract design work. Expensive lesson learnt the hard way. Be warned.

Incredibly helpful and professional team. Solid Solutions were quick to take action and saved us a huge amount of time and potential hassle sorting SolidWorks out for us.
