TUI Holiday Store

We went into the hinckley store to book our family holiday for next year. Not a clue where we would end up and a few different requirements needed/wanted. We got served by Sarah who went above ant beyond to help us. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and we booked a holiday in the end that fitted all of us. It was between two holidays initially and Sarah suggested we went away as a family to discuss before booking which we all found really helpful and the pressure being removed to book there and then was very welcome. We came back in and booked the right holiday for us. Thank you so much Sarah you really helped us and I would recommend you to anyone looking to book a holiday.

Just been to the Tui shop in Hinckley after looking for holidays online. So glad we came in, Sarah was such a big help and amazing! She found the best holiday for us at the best price! Definitely recommend coming in !Thankyou!

Went in to the hinckley branch today jo was a lovely lady she searched all the holidays for us and spent nearly 2 hours with us before she found us the perfect first holiday for us to take my daughter on. She even went and got my daughter a holiday ticket and some stickers to make it extra special when we told her.Thank you Jo
