Took my bike too him bto be recommissioned after lengthy storage but he was way dearer than traditional bike shop. To be fair he suggested going there instead.

Beardyman very generously tried to help me out of a pickle at short notice and late in the day while on the road recently.Alas, my wheel was beyond repair but he pointed us in the right direction for a local bike shop that was able to supply a replacement in the morning.Carlisle is well served for cyclists.

Phoned beardyman whilst on holiday. We wanted a part so that I can carry on cycling whilst here. He had the part but advised and sent a website that was a bit nearer. A very genuine and kind man. He had no reason to do that and for no gain.
