Have been using Sparkles for a number of years now for all manner of different jobs that have needed doing: from installing outdoor lights, putting in a new patio to entire re-wiring of a property. Every time they have completed work to a high standard with no issues and at great value. I would highly recommend for any jobs you need doing big or small.

We used Sparkles Solutions to install a new garage door, they did the whole job end to end, including cutting out the opening, fitting the door and restoring the K-render outside. they were only company to come out, give a quote, and actually promise to do the job, very reliable. Good crew that did the job, very trustworthy (ex-servicemen - thanks for your service). Totally recommend Sparkles

*Since posting this review I have received an apology from the company for the poor customer service I encountered.Unfortunately I can't match other reviews with 5 stars ... I wanted a quote for 3 jobs at my property and spoke to a very professional sounding lady that booked in a time for a team member to come out. On the said day this was cancelled 3 minutes before the arrival time due to the team member having been sent home ill (2:30 on a Friday afternoon) - this cost me a few hours of lost time hanging around. An alternative date was set and the team member turned up unannounced half an hour early, luckily I was in to take the visit. Viewing completed, measurements taken and I was informed that the quote would be with me the following week.My wife had to chase the team for the quote upon which we were told it might be in my spam folder ... 2 minutes later it arrived in my in-box! It was the most basic of quotes - one figure for each job with no itemised breakdown in costs for scaffolding, materials, any tool hire, etc. but despite that it seemed a favouable amount for the work involved. As we were happy I emailed an acceptance of the quote within 15 minutes .... that was back in March and I still haven't received a response. Needless to say I've contracted another company to conduct the works for me, albeit £200 more but far more professional in communication, itemised quotation with a schedule of works by approximate date.Sorry Sparkles, you only one chance to make a first impression.
