We instructed Sterling to deal with our house sale in Bucks Hill, and we have been very happy with the service provided. We had around 20 separate viewings in the space of a month or so, and the communication from the Sterling office in Kings Langley was always very timely and professional. Stephanie dealt with most of the viewings and she is a pleasure to work with. Joe took over once we had an agreed offer, and he has been a big help getting the exchange of contracts sorted out. All in all, we would definitely recommend Sterling and would use them again!

Best Estate Agents in the area! We have done two house moves with Sterling in the last 10 years and they've been exceptional both times. This time we had the pleasure of dealing with Joe, who was exceptional! Selling a house in this market is fairly easy, but getting it through an exceptionally long chain is where the magic lies! Joe's after sales care was above and beyond, and he must have saved the chain at leas twice with his proactive calls to all the other agents and solicitors in the chain. If you want an agent that will get the job done, these are your people. There were multiple other locals agents in our chain, and none matched Sterling for service levels!
