Coventry Audi - Servicing Department

Unusual but on this occasion a mess from start to finish. I was told, Listers staff, my car didn't need a full service just brake fluid change. Fluid change completed, I was then told my car was overdue a service which I'd originally tried to book ! My car has a full service Audi history, all but one service with Listers Coventry. Rebooked now for a service , another 2 hours out of my day sitting at Listers. I requested my call be listened too, they did and have agreed I was wrongly advised when I call in. Disappointing and as a side nothing offered by way of an apology.

Good service experience with Coventry Audi - managed to get our car in at short notice and repaired a puncture quickly (complete with an overall visual inspection) as a bonus they washed and hoovered it too!

Purchased a car in March, was told it had been serviced. Contacted by Audi for Mot and service. I advised them it didn’t need one-they said it did. So I checked the on car computer- which advised it didn’t. Called them back and still got the same answer. Was then call 3 times to check I was arriving. And one Sales call to see if I wanted to sell the car. On arrival the hood lady checked Audi computer records and the on car and confirmed it didn’t need doing!! Wasted journey and it still took 3hrs for the Mot!

The Trainee Service Manager couldn't have been more helpful. I received answers to queries by return email/call. Went above and beyond. Extremely impressed and thankful.

Overall happy with the service I received. But I did experience a wait of around 20-25 minutes before the advisor was available. The reason I was given was that all the service advisors were in a meeting with the sales manager. This was 2:50 pm and I was surprised a ‘sales’ meeting would be scheduled for the middle of the afternoon and that all the service advisors attended. There was another customer and myself left waiting. I would also say the reception staff were very hands on making hot drinks while we waited. Only other comment, shortly after I left I received a text advising me that I may receive a survey request. This clearly prompted me to score the advisor 5 stars if I was happy, or contact the advisor if I wasn’t. Quite direct in trying to influence my actions, problem was it was someone called Paul who I didn’t have any contact with! The advisor I dealt with was Ava, who was very helpful.
