Helpful and very friendly staff. The Manager went above and beyond to help with one item of clothing for a future trip a few months ago and has given the same level of service on every visit. Now my outdoor clothing shop of choice.

Found staff helpful when I went in earlier this year. However have now had a jacket delivered to them for collection but found a smaller size elsewhere so asked for a refund but told I have to come in in-person, a round journey of 2 hours for me. Something is amiss with their systems!!!

Small store, but very Covid secure. Collected Web order and exchanged one item without any trouble. Only 4 stars as some staff very new, still in training and hesitant. However, they did phone me when both my Web orders arrived.
