I’ve been using this hair salon since they were first opened around 8 years ago. I’ve been seeing Beck and never had a bad haircut . The salon is tidy and well organised. I enjoy going there.

All of the team are so welcoming and professional. I’ve always had problems and felt uncomfortable at hairdressers before and I’ve been coming to hunters for a few years now, so often it’s become my second home! Everyone welcomes me with a smile and remembers the smallest things I talk about. Everyone makes a point of telling me how lovely my hair looks before I leave and I always walk away feeling confident. If you’re looking for fantastic service, skilled and lovely hairdressers this is the place to be. I really look forward to my monthly pampers with the hunters team.

The owner is very unprofessional. I used an apprenticeship for a full head of highlights. As the post stated she would be watched while doing so. This didn’t happen.unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my hair as it was a lot of different colours, I was very nice and messaged my concerns. I was told that If I wanted a better finish then I should have paid £140 with a stylist. Money wasn’t the problem. I was just helping an apprentice like I have before. I was screamed and shouted at and told never to come back to the salon. I don’t understand why, she was so rude and unprofessional. My hair is also still left looking awful. She gave me a full refund, but I would have just paid for the correction. I have also reported to trading standards as I’m shocked by this behaviour.
