Best day care in Colchester. They go above and beyond what you would expect from a doggy day care and they really do care about Freddy. Highly recommend them. James, the manager is very good with keeping me posted and all the other staff are very professional too. The centre is also very clean comparing to some other day care centres, so no need to worry about him getting muddy or wet after a day there. Absolutely disgusting treatment of dogs. Just came back from what supposed to be a nail clip appointment. My dog got his ear caught on faulty equipment, groomer didn’t even realised until i pointed out that his head is covered in blood. When he got nervous she stared pulling his leg to the point he was screaming in pain. The way she was approaching him seemed like she wanted to get bitten to get insurance payment.i have told her multiple times to step away as he doesn’t want her around. He was fine with other team members. If you need nail clip better go to your vets, as your dog can get traumatised here!!

Best groomers I've been to. I have a very anxious 50kg Bernese Mountain Dog, who is happy enough going in here each time we go. They are very good with anxious dogs and take a lot of care.They also really listen to the cut you would like, rather than a generic wash and trim like many others.Molly looks amazing yet again.

This was my first time taking my puppy for a groom, which I was quite nervous aboutWhen I arrived, all of the staff were just extremely polite and welcoming. My pup Miko was very comfortable and calm being handed to them and enjoyed a lot of fuss and cuddles before I leftAll staff made me feel calm and eased my worries about her first puppy trimWhen collecting my pup, she was beautifully washed, dried and cut. She’s normally a nervous dog in new situations but I came back to a super happy and excited puppy smelling great too!!I could not recommend more. I will be returning for her regular appointments each month. Thank you so much!

We took our puppy bonnie in for her first trim today she looks amazing. The staff are so friendly and talked us through everything they would do. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! (She smells amazing)

Cannot rate these wonderful dog groomers highly enough. Took our Kitch (Tibetan Terrier) last week for his first 'proper' cut, after 2 puppy trims. They made absolutely sure we were all on the same page when it came to length, and he came out looking amazing. Won't ever go anywhere else now.

Our pup Ivy is so well looked after! From the first induction day, the level of care is out of this world! You know your dog will always be well looked after which puts your mind at ease for the day. Ivy looks forward to her Tuesdays at Muttley and Mabel ☺️
