Absolutely disgusted with this, just ordered take out and came home to find a hair inside the cheese of my burger. This made me feel ill and I will never be coming back to order food from here again. Good bye.

Ordered a berry muffin for our 3 year old as they have an allergy to soya. Got sent a chocolate brownie instead which has soya in which proceeded to a full on crying meltdown as they were unable to eat the brownie which naturally they don't understand why.Either ineptness or didn't have the product but don't just send an alternative, refund instead as you can't just assume People can eat alternatives

Standard McDonald's food but took a long time to get served and some of the self service screens were out of order. Also the screen showing who's order was ready wasn't working so had to listen our for them shouting your number. There were a lot of people from creamfields which explains how busy it was but it still could've been better.

Visited today after the refurb, Customer seating and waiting area has been reduced to make room for a dedicated uber, Deliveroo section of the restaurant. Service was slow, Due to the large build up of customers waiting for food, All tables were full. Very crowded and waiting right in front of the main entrance, Waited 15 minutes for food. Probably go to burger king next time. Tastier burgers, Quieter and similar waiting times.

This might be the worst McDonald's, in the history of all McDonald's.I keep forgetting myself, and returning here like an idiot. I always say, never again, and yet here I am. Never learning - just like the staff.Never get the orders right.Always 25-30m wait for food.It's then stone cold when you eventually go begging like Oliver at the counter to try and get fed.No one controlling the local apes that seem to run riot in the restaurant either.Honestly - don't be an idiot like me. Do yourself a favour and go to Burger King around the corner.Never have these issues there.

Hands down… the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Welcomed to a 20 minute wait for some ‘fast food’ in a drive thru of only 2 other cars, followed by my stone cold meal handed over to me while the young employee was more concerned about her conversation with another staff member. Forgetting not only one of the contents of the meal and the drink, but also an apology for the ridiculously long wait! Poor service, safe to say I will not be returning to the Runcorn branch.

This visit to the Runcorn McDonald’s was more positive than usual. We drove right up and not many cars were waiting meaning they most likely processed orders faster than usual. We were only interested in a few cheeseburgers and fries and we noticed it was cheaper to buy Happy Meals than adult lunches.Only bad side to that is we failed to realize they don’t add salt to the fries for children so it wasn’t tasty as usual. As you can see the fries are quite soggy but they were hot and that made all the difference.We paid only a few pounds for the two meals and rushed right off without our drinks. They didn’t try to stop us and would have been nice if they did. Not sure why they wouldn’t. When we realized we didn’t have the drinks, we walked back to retrieve them.All in all the food was hot and quite tasty. We will definitely visit again!

Not worth 1 star, only did so in order to give my review. Never eating/ordering from here again. As somebody who works all over this is definitely the worst Mc Donald's I've used. Pics attached are freshly opened, you wouldn't think so!

1hr 30min wait for delivery and then they cancel order with no notice or reason. no refund yet..and they took over 5000 points on the order!!! absolute disgrace. food is usually freezing or missing. pay for certain sauces...they dont come. waste of money!! wont answer the phone, uber no better either!!!

First time back since they did their revamp. Place looks amazing, and they have really utilised the space they had to effectively promote business and service. The Christmas decorations are super cute and not overdone.Colleagues at McDonalds are all super friendly, shout-out to the young individual with pink hair who was working at the front. The app ordering isn't working for table service, so they're doing their best to still provide that service through kiosk ordering & having you sit down. May be difficult to do this during busier times, so don't expect this but it was nice to have. Food quality has definitely been reviewed and upped. Sauces all seem to have different recipes, and they taste great. Christmas menu is amazing, we particularly favour the chicken feast on offer which is 20 nuggets and 10 selects for £15. Loved to see all the hard work being put in to good use. Please, keep up the good work!!
