SIXT Car & Van Hire - Milton Keynes

We'd been let down by another national van rental company who let us know 24 hours before the hire that the branch we were due to collect from wouldn't be open on the Sunday. We booked with Sixt online and it was very straight forward. We were held up on the way on the Sunday and so contacted the national number, who were very helpful. Jacob (from the Milton Keynes office we were collecting from) then phoned us back and said that he was happy to stay on an extra half hour (after their closing time) so we could still collect the van. In the end we arrived 2 minutes before they due to close, but he was happy to stay and sort us out (along with some other customers who had turned up). The van was immaculately clean and in great condition. Yes, we paid a little bit more than the other company, but Jacob and Sixt have converted us with their customer service, which is always worth that extra. Thank you Jacob for great support.

The team were brilliant with getting me set up with my hire car. The car was in pristine condition and the controls were explained in detail. I left something in the car when I dropped it off at night (the key drop off is fantastic for busy schedules) and I got a phone call straight away in the morning to let me know. I had to extend the car hire and was able to do it online, it was so simple. I can't fault my experience at all, if you want a stress free car hire, go with sixt.

Picked up the lovely SUV from here. Used it to do my ADI part 2 test (driving instructor practical test). Easy pass as car was very easy to get used to.

Had a good experience with SIXT. I got Citroen C3 2023 model. It's a great small car with such an amazing comfort and ride quality. The whole process of taking up the car and getting the refund of the deposit was seamless. All the cars they have are around 2023 model only so they are neat , clean and fun to drive cars.

Easy to use, very friendly and professional staff. The car was safe and well equipped for the journey I required it for. The hand over from the staff member was really helpful too (noting the little things that may help to settle into an unfamiliar car). Quick and easy return process. Car was clean and smelt great. Would definitely return.

After renting this van for only 6 hours!!! We returned the van and thought they had been a great company to use. However they then accused us of damaging the van we 100% did not do!They didn't provide any pictures or any evidence of this and are trying to charge us £1400 which is absurd. I highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a van to not use them, we have used other companies in the past and never had this problem before.After reading other reviews on Google is seems to be a regular occurance.

I had a good experience when hiring from SIXT Milton Keynes, the staff were incredibly helpful. I had booked a sack truck (To move a fridge and washing machine) with my hire but they didn't have one available hence the 4 stars, they did however offer me alternatives but these didn't really fit my needs. The van was clean & lovely to drive. Thank you SIXT.
